Plant identification help?

I've had this huge weed in my yard and it needs to go and I was wondering if I can feed it to my RT

It might be dock, but I'm not sure. Dock has a HUGE carrot-like tuber root and if you dig it up, be sure not to cut the root because new plantlets will grow back from pieces of root left in place. I used to have horses and have always thought dock to be toxic, especially the seeds, so I've kept it off my property with a vengeance, not allowing it to go to seed, and digging it up whenever I saw it.
