Plastron discoloration on desert tortoise?

So today I took my guy to his weekly bath and as I was picking him up I saw a strange white big spot on his plastron.

This is him after his bath. He pooped a lot as usual. Right now he’s eating his escarole. To be honest I have no idea if he already had this discoloration before since I have no photos of his plastron.

What could it be? Fungus? Growth? Just a random white spot? Lack of calcium?

Looks like normal color variation. Just more black overall than normal. I don't see anything to be concerned about.

It looks fine to me. It is definitely NOT fungus.

is that a wound on the femoral scute ? on the your thumb side if the tortoise .
