PLEASE HELP could anyone tell me if my tortoises shell is ok :(:(

hey well my tortoise is still young he/she is called Koopa i havent had my tortoise long i noticed its shell had little white marks on it but i do not know what it is i aint sure if the shell is ment to be like that PLEASE HELP!

thanks alot i got worried he wasnt growing properly how can i tell if my tortoise is male or female

If you post a picture of his plastron (underside) near the tail, someone should be able to tell you if your tortoise is male or female.
