Just trying to find out which type of Greek tortoise my little Petunia is. And is it okay to house to different subspecies together? Because I was hoping to get her a friend, hopefully a black greek tortoise.
Sorry the photos are a tad fuzzy =/

Post some clear pitures from straight above and below the tortoise.

That will help greatly in trying to ID your tortoise.

Thank you :). I got her about a month ago from a local pet store. Unfortunately when I got her she had a respiratory infection and just got over it last week.

she looks like a Testudo greaca nebeulensis, or a testudo terrestris.
From the plastron colouring it could be a terrestris, but would need clearer pics to be sure!
platron, caparace, head and tail! :D:D:D:D

Thanky you so much I will try to put some more pics up. She never wants to sit still so they all come out a bit blurry. Can I keep her with a black greek tortoise?

Sorry If I'm on the wrong thread ,, but I searched for one regarding identifying a tort, and came across this one. My grandmother in Germany has had this guy for over 30 years and I don't know what kind he is, he ended up on her doorstep years ago!! He lives outdoors and hibernates on his own,! He kinda looks like a Greek tort?

Sorry trying to upload pics!

Please help me identify him!! Thank you!
