Here is just a quick guide on the steps in tortoise care. I'm no expert, but this information is based off of the many posts that I have read and learned from along with information that I've learned. This is NOT a care sheet, it is plainly a plan (I guess, I don't really know how to describe it) on what to do.

1. Read the care sheets provided by other members. Credits to Tom for writing many of them!
2. Give better care like a better enclosure or diet. The information can be found in the care sheet and you can use the search bar to look up other posts for more info. (Just be careful to make sure it is not outdated and/or wrong)
3. Enjoy your tortoise! If you follow these steps, there isn't much that can go wrong. Then you can enjoy your tortoises' company for years to come!

If you can't provide the right needs, rehoming is a good option. You can ask a friend to take care of them or put them up for adoption. Once you have the right setup, you can get your torts back or get a new tortoise.

Again, I am NOT an expert. I just figured I'd post because I thought this information might be helpful. If I missed anything, feel free to add on or change some things. I don't want to give the wrong information.

Good luck on your tortoise finding adventure!

Please, I am begging you to rehome them. I know they are cute and fun to watch but they take an enormous amount of time, money and energy in order for them to thrive. If you can’t provide what the members here are suggesting, you are abusing those poor animals. Better to rehome them now before finding one dead under your desk.
I lived in the middle East for close to 20 years. Things like rehoming them somewhere with any knowledge of tortoise husbandry is probably not an option. A sick tortoise alive or dead may get thrown in the trash. This member cares enough about the welfare of his tort to post on this forum, and is willing to learn and provide what is needed. Please offer some constructive advice. When I bought my first torts as a kid, they were $2 and fished out of a crate of several hundred all piled on top of one another. The seller had to pick several out before he found one alive. The value of his torts life is worth more to the owner than anyone else. He seems willing and able to put things right, so let's try to help with that as opposed to picking up on perceived rudeness.

@Danaplayz please focus on temperature and humidity. Even though the other one looks well, if you want them to survive, please work on an enclosure ASAP. Living on tiles in an AC'd room will cause lots of problems and lead to death. Go to your local petstore and see what you can get. You'll need substrate, a lamp, and a water/food dish. You will need to put all this somewhere that the moisture can build up, therefore it needs to be closed.

I have been an active participating member here since 2008, and it was that way in the beginning and has simply stayed that way. I used to insult the stupid ****s, and fight with anybody. It has taken this long for me to say, we are here for the animals, their keepers are incidental. It's hard for me to not fight, so I leave and go troll FB lol
Never got on FB or the other social media sites, Maggie. Give 'em H*** for me!

No i dont have a heating lamp yet
First advice: before to get any kind of Animals, please do research and get any helpful information regarding keeping conditions, food/care/environment!
In your case: what kind of Turtle/Tortoise do you have? Each kind need special attention: heating/UV lamps, soil/conditions close to his Natural habitat and diets/food/calcium/vitamins/supplements, etc. They cannot provide for themselves, they depend on YOU, my friend! So get all your ducks in a row and create a wonderful conditions for your quiet Turtle friends, as you will do for your family members!
From the pictures, anyone can see the tort is very dry, even his skin is flaking...
More moisture and good dark leafy greens, cucumbers, red leaf lettuce...
Good Luck and Healthy Torts!

I am soaking my Sulcata in shallow Terra-cota dish and when she gets enough, she gets out easily, by herself! I even put some organic coconut oil on paper towel and apply carefully on het skin and plastron for better hydration and avoid dryness/ irritation/infection/skin flakes.

What are you feeding your Sulcata?? Should be mostly grass and hay and weeds.

She doesn’t eat dry grass or Timothy hay, she likes fresh greens, I give her variety of green leaves and she is choosing what she wants. She likes red leaf lettuce, collards, cucumber, mulberry leaves, vegetable blooms from our garden, cactus, that I clean for her, squash, dark leaf grass form our yard...

Just tell me what do i need to get for them exactly
I’m NOT telling you what to get. I’m telling you what I have to show you how unsuitable it is under your desk and just expensive it is to keep your tortoise. My enclosure is basic! It’s been hard physically and costly. I’m a new owner. My young tort is only 9 months old. This is what I have as a beginner. Im far from an expert. I don’t claim my equipment is the best or my items are safe. Substrate in particular can be controversial. Please ask more experienced people about this. IThis is the least I needed. No advice is intended to you. If you use, it’s at your own risk. This is ONLY to give you an idea of cost.
Enclosure: This is smaller than the one I have which is already the smallest recommended. Just an idea of what it looks like. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Organiz...Clear-Base-and-Red-Cover-ST53221501/206346063
