Please help, two white spots appear in a day.

Hi guys, I just got a baby Hermann's on yesterday. and Today, I found two of white spots on my tortoise.
Can you see one at the back shell and another on fore-head.

Anyone has an idea about this problem? Your opinion will be very helpful. Thanks ya!

Have you tried gently scrubbing it with a clean toothbrush in the bath?

first of all, i put him in the bath and used cotton bud to remove it and failed.
after i see Yvonne's comment and used my finger nail, it worked.
