Hi please help me in determining the breed of my tortoise and sex, i wish to relocate him to India from Dubai, i am moving to india and will take him along, please also help in procedures and pet relocation ways from dubai to india

Looks like a quite worn and battered Testudo graeca nabeulensis to me. @HermanniChris is the expert with Testudo, we wait for Chris to confrim.
