Until you said you were going to move it into an enclosure, I was going to warn about the amount of volunteer seedlings you’ll get if you don’t keep up with culling the plants.
I have a white flowered one, and after being sick for a year I discovered I had the bed filled with seedlings and about 7 or 8 “trees” that’s are 4 or 5 ft tall.
Thankfully your torts should pick off most of the seedlings.

I might have to trade hen and chicks for a rose of Sharon plant, once you get more🤔.
