The first one looks like some sort of wild gourd and the second looks like from the purslane family. Let's see what @RosemaryDW has to say.

The second one is Purslane.
It's high in oxalates, but is ok in moderation.

The first one actually looks like some kind of brassica to me--a young one. OP is this maybe an odd mustard or dang I wish I knew what you had growing in that yard! If it's a brassica it's safe in moderation but I would want to see it in a couple of weeks.
For the second purslane seems reasonable Which, holy cow purslane is from India!! I shouldn't be surprised; pretty much everything is from India but I absolutely would not have guessed this was a native. Safe if your tortoise will eat it.

The first one looks like feverfew? If so, it’s very toxic to humans and animals.
