Plz Help.... this my first turtle (Indian Roofed Turtle)

Hi guys and gals I have a turtle named "CHULBULEE" her breed is Indian back roofed Turtle and she is around 5 cm long.

i have some quarries about this turtle.....
1) what these turtles eat ??? (mine only eat blood worms nothing else)
2) how to make her eat other veggies???
3) how should be her habitat ??? does these kind of turtle need something special ????
