possible infection?

i noticed something near my tortoise’s leg underneath her shell. im not really sure what it is but i think its an infection.

I can't really tell from the pics.
Give her a warm water soaks, take a soft tooth brush or Qtip and see if anything can be washed out of it. Then put some over the counter antibiotic cream on it and do this daily and be sure to keep her inside until heeled so no flies or bugs gets in it

Is it a puncture?
Could it be a tooth mark from a dog?
Either way I'd do as Wellington has recommended
