When a tortoise lay eggs,do they have to be incubated straight away, and what happens if the eggs get cold before you find them.

I would say it depends on how cold, and what species :)

1.1 human baby's (grayson & mackenzie)
1.1 bunnies
0.1 eastern painted (wendy)
0.1 treeing walker coonhound (daisy)
0.1.5 mainecoon mix (vera & her kittens)

It's a Greek spur thigh and the temp in the night is usually around low 60s

Won't hurt a thing. Just don't turn the eggs at all when you do move them to the incubator, and be as gentle as possible with them.
