I wanna shut off by saying happy Memorial Day to everyone. I am an expert when it comes to most species, but really just haven’t had much experience with elongated yet. I got this new male a few months ago and he is definitely 100% healthy, my only question was why his entire body and skin was blue. I don’t know how well it shows up on pictures but his skin is blue and not really the yellow color I see on my other adults. A quick Google search didn’t result in any answers, so I thought I would post on here to see if anyone had experience with this. It could be super normal and I’m just not aware of it. like I said just getting in to working with a elongateds.

I can see in the pictures that he is blue.
In people blue is associated with poor respiration or circulation. Somehow I doubt that's the case here! :D

Now I'm curious...I hope somebody has an idea.

He is fabulous looking. Did you ask the person (breeder?) you got him from about his history? How old is he, how long has he been this colour etc.?
