receipe for frozen tortoise cubes

I am sorry if this is a repeat question. I read about making frozen cubes to feed my torts on this forum. I have searched for it to make some and cant seem to locate it. If any one could help me to find this thread I would greatly appreciate it.

The one that I am looking for used different greens and veggies. You blended and froze them in an ice cube tray. I believe that the poster had used them mainly for red foots.

A small point about a lot of these sorts of things- blending and freezing will damage cell walls and significantly reduce the available fiber- usually something we want more of! Be sure to either add some extra fiber if you use it much or just stick with fresh foods.
