Red foot stopped eating

When i got my red foot two weeks ago he did eat, but now he just looks at his food for a good minute and goes away.

Don't look like you have him set up correctly. At his size/age he should be in a closed chamber enclosure.

ive covered most of the top with aluminium foil to keep humidity, the humidity is usually around 85. He did eat yesterday but only a few bites of the greens

There are several things that can make your RF tortoise stop eating.
One is the temperature too cold and he can't digest food. Too warm and he'll be too stressed to eat.
What is the temperature?

Bright lights are stressful to a RF. What is your lighting? What is your heating? What is your UVB source?

Internal parasites and other illnesses can also cause this. What does his poop look like? Are his eyes normal? Does he walk normally?

That cage will not/can not work for a RF unless that is part of a cage that is outdoors. (Where it may be humid) Indoors it will just be impossible. So a closed chamber enclosure will be required or your health issues have just begun.
