So I got my red foot about a week ago from a normal pet store like petco and he is sick I think. He has very dry skin and his coloring are not right. I’m working at making his enclosure better for him by trying to maintain better humidity and temperature with cork tiles and moss but how long should it take for him to start to look better.

Your Redfoot needs sunlight or UVB from a T5 florescent HO UVB Linear tube.
He needs temperatures between 80 and 88 24/7 and humidity of over 70%.
This tortoise is very pyramided from lack of humidity and his legs look a little odd. Probably because of MBD.
Give him a warm water soak a few times a week for general hydration.
What are you feeding him?
How are you housing him?
What equipment are you using?
We need more information.
Photos please
Let's get this under control. Hopefully it's not already too late.

I’m feeding him mainly spring mix and berries like raspberries and blueberries. He’s in a 50 gallon tank but I’m planning on moving him outside soon cuz I’m moving. I have 3 lamps, 2 are uvb lights and one is like a nighttime light that’s red I forgot what they are called. I have cork tiles coming in and moss to help with heat and humidity. I’m soaking him almost every night and misting his enclosure. I also have a humidifier in the room.

Do not use any cork or moss. For the same reason. It'll get nibbled on and it can't get digested.
Do not use red lights. They make inedible things red and red things get eaten by Redfoot. Use a CHE for hear.
If your UVB source is the type that screws into a socket, that's very potentially harmful.
That aquarium is much too small. But close off the top and put down about 3" of Orchid bark and pour a little water into it. The water will evaporate and give off humidity.

2nd on the MBD so just make sure they get adequate UV/sunlight and change the bulbs regularly to ensure proper output. Tube UV bulbs tend to last longer and redfoots don't like harsh light or basking spots anyway. Cover open top with tin foil to keep in moisture and humidity. get thermostat to make sure it doesnt get too hot or cold in there or else you are looking at potential respiratory issues.

Also offer more variety of greens like escarole, dandelion greens, etc.
