Are Redfoot and Cherryhead tortoise's the same species? Because there is not Cherryhead section on here, so I figured they were the same species. Are they?

Yep.
Might be subspecies, no definitive answers yet as they are difficult to study in the wild.

Originally, the term 'cherryhead' was just used for a batch of really colorful little red-footed tortoises from further south than they were usually imported from, then the pet trade discovered that lots of the colorful little guys were in that area, so they were considered something between a regional variation and a color morph.

Then, more keepers keeping them, more field researches exploring, etc. and we are finding more and more differences between various regional groups of red-footed tortoises. One researcher found DNA differences, they have different reproduction details, there are a couple anatomical differences, etc.

So, right now, many of us consider them about half-way between a regional variation and either a sub-species or a true species.
