just wondering from your guys experience and loads of research what substrate would you guys say is best for a redfoot tortoise.?

Pure Orchid bark is best for indoor enclosures.
I use bagged mulch for my outdoor enclosures

I would not recommend it. It dries up easy and when it dries it clumps making it hard for your tortoise to walk on also you don't know what could be in it.

I used to mix it in.
But all top soil isn't the same and sand should be avoided
