Good day,
I have Fionka a female tortois about 6 - 7 months old.
I noticed today she has soften and redish color in her shell.

Her enclosure with wood substrates that used for rabbits!!

unfortunately we don't have good service for tortoise nor good vet in my country!!

I used to have other one 3 months ago but he died form same problem "I think".
I seek help form multiple vet but all of them didn't give me any solution and they reported he is small we don't have any think to provide.

I need advice and recommended treatment if possible!

Thank you20200425_193357.jpg20200425_193321.jpg

Your little baby needs the sun in order to make the calcium he eats work at making strong bones and shell. Try to get him into the sun for ten or fifteen minutes every day, but be careful he doesn't overheat. And do a search on the internet looking for greens and vegetables that are high in calcium.
