I didn't really know what thread to post this on but I am growing tortoise supply testudo mix for my Russian tortoise and these mushrooms started growing next to them. Should I remove them?

It is better to be safe. But if they are safe for humans then they are safe for tortoises. If they aren't safe for humans then they aren't for tortoises either
If you can't make a positive ID then feed.

I wasn't going to feed them to him. I was only asking if they benefit or hurt the plants but I will remove them anyways. Thank you

They're there because of decomposition.
It's something that can happen with most substrates.
It's not harmful or beneficial to the plants.
