I know a lot of people get cat or dog insurance. but does anyone know of a company that insures tortoises?

i know some people have some very valuable tortoises, what happens if they die? can you afford to lose your investment? do you insure them? save a sample of their DNA to clone them? what do you do?

Pets can usually be added on to a homeowners policy as a rider just like collectibles and such. Renters can do the same if they have renters insurance. Talk to your insurance agent these riders are normally pretty inexpensive.
