RI?

Little Yoshi was eating yesterday when he started gasping and kind of sneezing, I thought maybe he had food stuck so I took him out and soaked him. He would do three little sneeze type actions where his head pulled in and mouth opened slightly then be fine for a while then do it again. When I checked on him later one of his eyes are a little wet/bubbly but his nose is dry, his temps are the same.
Does this sound like an RI?
If so does he need meds or can it be fixed at home with keeping temps up at night etc?

I hate to hear this about little Yoshi!!
I am no expert but he may need meds. I am sure you will get some advice soon!! Good luck to you and Yoshi!! I hope he gets better soon.

Since it was such a sudden onset, he may have gotten something stuck. Soaking him was correct. Perhaps do it again 1-2x today.
Keep him warm.

Watch his behavior today; if he acts normally and eats, etc., then he will have cleared it.
If he doesn't seem right or is in distress, consider a vet visit.

He done something similar when I first got him but it was so bad I thought he was choking, the vet said he thought he had scratched or irritated his throat with something and to give soft foods for a couple of days and it worked great, he was fine.
He has done it a couple of times today again but rather than 3 sneeze/gasps in a row its just one each time but he seems a bit sad for himself I gave him soft food just incase it is similar to last time and he went running over this morning and chomped some down but he hasn't been overly active and exploring like normal. I'm away to soak him now, he is so tiny I hope he doesn't need meds :s

Fingers crossed. He didn't have anything different so maybe he just bit off a piece of food that was too big and irritated him, he is my smallest tort but the little rascal wont touch his food if its chopped up.
He is seeming a little better, think whatever it is he has given himself a scare because he seems quite timid. Time will tell.

He isn't doing very well
On the bright side there has been no more gasping or anything and the watery eye seems ok but he is off his food and very lethargic. He has been doing sooo well until this happened. I have moved him to his slate to encourage him to eat and all he will take is a little grated carrot (he doesn't usually get this until his throat issue) this is totally out of character as he is usually a little piggy and eats everything. I'm soaking him everyday and he has had a few sips of water, his throat looks clear and I can see right down when he yawns. I bumped his night temp up a bit since this happened incase it was an RI.
I picked him up earlier for his soak and he took ages to come round and he felt a little limp, thought I had lost him for a minute, thankfully he eventually became more alert and was wide awake in soak.
He is pooping but not as regularly, I haven't noticed any urination I normally do as the little rascal does it on his slate but he could have been doing it in his hide.
He has just done a complete Uturn since this happened, I'm pretty worried about him, it was only last week I was going on about how happy and active he was despite being tiny for his age.
The specialist vet an hour away has left and the only other vet who 'likes reptiles' doesn't seem overly knowledgeable to be honest so not sure the best thing to do for him

Have you tried baby food soaks? Mix a pot of pureed carrot babyfood with the soaking water and hopefully he'll get a few calories in him.

Just an update for everyone that has posted and helped.
Little Yoshi is doing much better, he is back eating and starting to explore more, he is still acting a little frightened for some strange reason but is getting braver and more like his old self!
I still don't know for sure what happened but it was a big reminder how fragile they can be when they are small, I'm just glad he is ok.
