Hi

Sheldon has been getting a runny nose on & off for a couple of months. He has gone through 2lots of macrobyl treatment. He has had swabs taken, cultures grown for both microplasmas & the herpes virus & both have come back negative. His temps are all good

Could I please ask for your expertise advice on the next step.many thanks

If you have changed the enclosure recently that could have put a little stress on him...even though the change is an improvement he won't know that right away...and good you know that he has been tested and is good health....right?

So, if it were me; I would bump your overall temps to not allow them to go below 80 degrees (f) at any time --even at night,....I would bump the soaks to once every other day at least and make them warm water soaks for around 30 minutes...also, does the substrate you use create dust? If so I would handle that as well--sometimes dusty or really dry substrate can create a wet nose and also watery eyes...you may want to check your humidity as well....
