Today I was noticing that the "seams" above the scutes along the top edges of my Russian's shell seem to be swollen and kind of soft. She is outside 4-5 hours a day most days and inside at night with a CHE. Diet is mostly weeds - plantain, mallow, dandelion. Also some cactus and Mazuri 2-3 times a week.
She gets regular soakings. Her inside substrate is coco coir and cypress mulch.
She is eating well and is fairly active.
Any suggestions?

Is it that soft, expanded look they get after soaking or misting? Do the seams seem to get wider?
