Russian size/age

i have heard many times... " the only way to tell the age of a russian is to see it hatch."... but what is the average age for a 4" russian? is that considered an adult or sub adult or what? im very curious. i would GUESS my lil dude is about 5 years. but what have you seen in your experience?

A 4 inch russian is a sub adult. Until a russian gets to the 5 inch mark is when it can be an adult for a male and 5.5 to 6 inches for a female adult.
