Finally moved Leroy to his new outdoor enclosure a week ago! Its 4'x8' and enclosed with 1" chicken wire. The border has cement blocks below to prevent underground escapes. ;) His house is insulated with a hinged roof and has timothy hay inside. He has plenty of plants to munch, a sunning stone, a large rubbermaid container with leaves, and a 12" terra cotta water dish. One corner has a terra cotta pot on its side for him to hide in. The front screen opens from the middle- out like a storm shelter.

Looks nice. I would use the hay though, very drying. Some dirt for burrowing into or leaf litter is what I would use and recommend and use
