I have a Russian tortoise and she just
Loves the hot side of her home which is fine rite? But I would love to encourage her to wonder around the other side any way that I could do that?

I'd also want to know the current temps, because my first thought is maybe to raise them.

hmmm that seems alright to me, I'd try putting food, water, basking spot, and cool side hide in like 4 different corners maybe?

Make sure you have an accurate thermometer (infared or digital with a wire probe you can move around to various spots). If you do, then the basking area is fine, even a bit on the warm side, but if the temp gradient cools off a lot on the outer edges of the enclosure, then your tort may just be trying to stay warm and toasty. Russian do like a warm and cool side so they have choices, but mine seem to be basking a lot too this time of year.
