What do you mean by "safe"? They won't drop dead if you feed them any of those things, but none of those things are what I would consider "good" for them or a recommended part of their regular diet.
They should be eating mostly broadleaf weeds, certain leaves, and leafy greens. Add in some occasional spineless cactus pads and Mazuri, and you'd have a pretty good diet.
