Does this Russian Tortoise look healthy? (besides the overgrown beak) like is he OK to buy? [I don't know why the pics came out upside down???]

Remember 6 month min. quarantine, and no hibernation the first year.

You need to quarantine new animals for 6 months and it is usually advised to not hibernate a new animal the first year you get it.
