I have a Russian tortoise and while cleaning out her pin I noticed she was bleeding. I checked her and one of the toes nails/toes is hanging on by a thread. obviously a vet is need I’ll take her tomorrow. I put neosporin on it but left it. Any advice is needed

You do what you feel comfortable with, but I wouldn't take a tortoise for a nail. Just clip it off, dab a little styptic powder on it to stop the bleeding and add antibiotic ointment daily until healed.

Okay thank you. One last question and I’m sure it’s answered in the forum somewhere but diluted citric acid as pest control is that okay?
