Russian tortoise newby

I am new to owning a tortoise....so many do's and don'ts it's so overwhelming....Roxy is a young Russian Tortoise and I think she's finally settling in as we just recently got her on Feb 23rd. She's finally been eating the last few days regularly but has only pooped 2 times. She's had about 3 warm baths and I wet her greens down quot a bit to make sure she's getting water too....should I try to feed her some pumpkin or is this normal since she didn't eat much the 1st week we had her....her vet is coming in the next few days to do a general check up just didnt know if i should try something in her diet too..
