So at the beginning of April I purchased my yearling RedFoot Tortoise from S&S Exotics at a Reptile Show here in San Antonio. Poor guy was pawing his eyes all the way home and within three days was not doing good at all. After a trip to the vet it was discovered Jerry Lee had an URI. I wrote the store and they were a bit snippy in their reply at first, but I wanted to make sure to let everyone know they did in fact end up working with me-and when I sent them vet bill copies, they did refund me for the full amount of Jerry's vet visits and injections. While I will not be purchasing anymore reptiles from trade shows, I am grateful I have my little guy, and happy with the follow up by S&S on taking responsibility for the bills.
