Saturday morning surprise!

Hi all,
This morning I was doing my rounds and much to my surprise I had this little guy starting up at me (see pic)! The egg was laid February 13 and I thought it was a dud but kept it in the incubator. It wasn't until end of March I saw blood vessels and an embryo! And today it's hatching!
