Male. Still kind of small to be 100%, but there is definite plastron concavity in pic number 3 and the anal scutes are a pretty wide V. Can't see enough of the tail AND it may be too early to tell from the tail anyway.
My vote is for "male." Seems like sulcatas are always just looking for a reason to go male, so unless every indication is female (which in this case, it's not), it's a male.
