I have been looking at a bunch of the threads on shell rot and haven't seen the answer I am looking for. Is it possible for it to be on the scales of their legs as well? I have noticed on the front legs of my redfoot some of the red scales seem to be the same color as the shell rot. If this is the case am I able to treat it with Betadine and Clotrimazole cream like on it's shell or will it irritate my tortoise's skin?
