Imagine my surprise when this little one hatched out! No one has ever seen one like it. It has blue eyes with red pupils and the color on the shell other than the yellow and white is lavender. So this new mutation will be called the Lavender Albino Redfoot! Thanks for looking Douglas Beard / Flora & Fauna

Of course you know the parents. Was this the only one in the clutch? Very unique.

Looks like you're trying to give Fred a run for his money. LOL! Did you have any idea that you might have an albino baby? Are the parents the normal color? What are your plans for this baby? I think it would be very hard to part with him.

What you need to do is ship him to me so I can take good detailed close-up pics for everyone to see.

Give me a call Douglas so I can get you a mailing address.

I'll be holding my breath with anticipation..

No, I really do not know the parents! I have 3.7 in the pen that produced this baby. I wish that I did! I have produced over 100 offspring from this same group and never one of these. So it is clear to me that the "right" male just never "hooked" up with the "right" female. I will spend many years trying to find out what the correct combo is. Wish me luck. Thanks Douglas
