Something wrong wth the edge of Ferruccio's mouth :(

Anyone know what's wrong with my little one? Looks like a wound on one (or both) sides of his mouth. For a while he was barely eating so could be that it hurt. No bleeding. I feel helpless read somewhere to put honey... Any more suggestions?

That doesn't look good. I think a vet visit is in order. It looks like somehow the mouth was opened forcefully too wide and ripped the skin at the edges.

Poor baby. He"s so adorable. I would rake him to see the vet. For now, I would very gently try and keep the mouth area clean. Use a wet paper towel and gently wipe her mouth with warm water. I always clean the mouths of my sullies. It's a good habit to get into.
