Hello, my name is Joe and I am from Hampton Roads, VA. I am looking at purchasing purchasing some Golden Greeks for the house very soon. I've been looking through this forum which has been very helpful. Now all I have left are some lighting questions before I make the purchase this week.

Welcome! How exciting the soon to be arriving Greeks. How did you end up deciding on them? Have you had tortoises before?

Thanks, I've decided based on adult size and appearance and money not being as much of an issue as it was when I was younger. I have not owned a tortoise but I did own a box turtle several years ago which did really well.
