Spots on skin? Possible danger?

Hello everyone. I just noticed that my tortoise has two different spots on her skin. They both look different. One looks like a scab, and one, well, I don't know how to describe it. It is pale yellow and if I try to touch it Shelly sucks into her shell like she's in pain. I'm wondering what these could be from. I recently have been allowing her outside all day long, I don't know if that could be the reason. What are these and what caused them? I'm really lost at what these could be.

Is this tortoise housed alone?

Any rodents, like ground squirrels, in the area?

This tortoise is housed alone. There may be rodents in my area. Although, there aren't any holes in the ground of her enclosure. And there is also a lid on her enclosure.

The first one looks like the leg was rubbed raw by the shell. This happens a lot when the tortoise has climbed a vertical surface, then slipped down quicker than he can pull in his legs or neck. A little Neosporin is all that's needed.

The second one just looks like pigment and skin. It might be a healed scrape, but nothing to worry about.
