Hi,
I am from Europe. I always struggle to find frozen fish to feed my turtle (Trachemys scripta scripta) because it's nor cheap, nor readily available.
I used to give him some local little fishes considered OK by my local forum about turtles, but today I found this kind of frozen little fishes in an ethnic grocery. I couldn't find any information online. Those are Sprats, a fish that is a relative of herring.
Can I feed my turtle with those? It's a safe food?
Thanks!

I really don't know the answer to this, but my friend, Google, says it's a pretty nutritious fish for humans to eat. I say go for it!
