strange behavior or unique taste?

ok so a few day's ago i noticed after feeding igor that he would eat all his green really quick but leave any red/yellow green/flowers and go to sleep wake up after a little bit and then eat those like he was saving those for later or something is it normal to see this kind of behavior? i'm not worried as he is still pigging out just more curious here is a quick picture of him going back to just the flower leaves and red/yellow greens

that's what i thought to i just thought it was strange it's almost like he's saving them for desert
