Successful rescue!

Today, I rescued a large Sulcata tortoise! Well over 70lbs. The man we rescued from just couldn't do it anymore...

Not even 2 hours after getting him here, I found a fabulous home with a large yard and amazing family! The family was overjoyed to add him as a new member of their family. So cool.

This is exactly why I rescue. Happy endings are the best!

I was just sent a picture of CJ and his new "girlfriend" from the adoptive family that took him in!


Looks like CJ was digging, has dirt all over his back! Hahaha...
