Are these the appropriate lights , I am double checking before I change them ? If so what is the best wattage for the ceramic one ? 20"L tank

Yes, and you'll need a mounting fixture for the light. Be sure to use a ceramic base fixture for the CHE.

Both of these are fine. You'll still need and LED bar or bulb for ambient lighting, and a flood type basking bulb.

The CHE should be controlled by a thermostat, so I'd got with e 100 or 150. Only your thermometer can tell you if that is enough.

Quick question I have this in storage from my saltwater fish tank before I got a new one would this work or no ?

I'm not familiar with that product. I really don't know if it would be suitable for use with tortoises or not.

@Markw84 is a lighting genius. Let's see if he will chime in.

Looks like a fun light to play with. It would certainly work along with an incandescent basking light to give the 'warmer" tones as well. I personally like a little more light, but not sure what size your enclosure is, or what size aquasky you have. The 24" one is only 1250 lumen, but in a smaller enclosure that would work. I do like the gradual dawn and dusk you can create and program in. The 6500K along with a T5 UVB would really put the light way into the blue/violet side. A T5 is about 7000K. So be sure you do have the incandescent in there as well.
