I have a sulcata with a slight irregular shell. The egg that it hatched from was slightly cracked(membrane intact) from a small rock that fell on the egg when mom was covering up her nest. The baby is perfectly healthy and is the same size as its clutchmates. The irregularity was more pronounced when it was born and the shell is getting more symetrical as the weeks go by.
As a result, this baby has been discounted. The irregularity can be seen in the second picture.
