Noticed that his left side face/ear part had swollen, I try to touch it and it's hard.

He is doing fine, eat well, **** well, sleep well. Anyone came across situation similar like this before?

Thank you,

That is an abscess, and needs to be lanced. Normally you wait until it is 'ripe,' then lance it to get out all the pus. It is thought that ear abscesses occur because of an infection someplace in the body, not necessarily in the ear. It would be a very good idea to take this tortoise to a vet for testing.

Sadly there is no vet that's know how to consult tortoise. Is there any cream that can apply on the ear instead of operation?

I remember a post a while back where someone tried to treat it themselves...the abscess refilled over time and the tortoise died.

Omg, I had all the equipment ready, will ask my friend's missus to do it if she agree. She's a surgeon but not vet surgeon, dunno will she do it or not, but definitely would be better than I'm the one doing it

Been apply silver sufazadine cream for the past few days and suddenly I found the lump peel off, it's actually a dry dead skin actually.

Luckily I didn't go and operate him
