Well it’s been a fun start to a long venture. Like most I was not as prepared as I thought I was and had a couple challenging months. After some changes it’s been “smooth shelling” . Just had the first birthday and figured I’d post an update.
Started out not in an enclosed housing and paid the toll pretty quickly. Once I noticed some pyramiding I changed all that Was needed and it completely stopped. Everything is pretty much up to par now heat, humidity, lighting, etc. areas for possible growth if I was grading myself would be enclosure size and food. Already in the means of building the new home and as far as food goes I grow and scavenge as much as possible and buy what I can’t find, there are a few items I could do better on getting more often but that could just be me being to critical on myself.
