Sulcata owners in Oklahoma I need your help please.

Ok I'm in the army and I'm moving to fort sill Oklahoma. I currently live in Louisiana and it's warm most of the year. My tort is really growing and I know he will need to be outside year around in about a year from now. I leave here on the 16th and I want to go ahead and build my tort an outdoor shed/dog house for summer and winter. My question is what do some of you use any ideas would be awesome thanks. What type of housing do u use outdoors and how do u heat it in the winter?
