Sulcata pooping white

I have been reading a lot about this on this site but my sulcata continues to pee this white stuff (5 days). He was eating a lot of collard/mustard greens for a couple weeks and this was not happening, once I switched him to spring mix so he could have something new he began to peeing this white stuff. My sulcata is about 4 months old, I give him a bath every other day for 20 minutes, he's super active in his enclosure poops regularly. Unfortunately I live In Colorado so the best Humidity I can get him throughout the day is 50 but do spray his enclosure a few times a day. Is he not hydrated enough? Is the food he's eating not what he should be eating? What can I do to help my little dude out. SOS

I understand. But am I feeding my tortoise the wrong food? Is this also caused bc of dehydration?

Urates are normal.
Sulcata pee white Urates.
Smooth means it is well hydrated. Gritty mean he is dehydrated.
It should be like toothpaste.
