Swollen Eyes help! ;__;

Hi all! My 11yearold sulcata tortoise developed some very bad looking swelling in his eyes. My vet gave me some antibacterial cream to rub on his eyes, but in this last month it hasn't gotten any better. I would love any opinions!

I'm with Blackdog on this. Even if changes were made they still live in "substrate" or dirt. I keep this one.1582664269613-1810652147.jpg

That's the nictitating membrane. Sometimes stress causes them to swell. Has there been change in his life recently? Tortoises don't do well with change. Continue with the ointment the vet gave you and make sure he has clean water daily.
