Swollen Eyes help! ;__;

Hi all! My 11yearold sulcata tortoise developed some very bad looking swelling in his eyes. My vet gave me some antibacterial cream to rub on his eyes, but in this last month it hasn't gotten any better. I would love any opinions!

What has changed in his area-new growth of plants, diet change, substrate change also I keep these drops on hand they are good for all animals

I'm with Blackdog on this. Even if changes were made they still live in "substrate" or dirt. I keep this one.

That's the nictitating membrane. Sometimes stress causes them to swell. Has there been change in his life recently? Tortoises don't do well with change. Continue with the ointment the vet gave you and make sure he has clean water daily.
