Hi,
I am somewhat concerned about my temps in my russian tortoise enclosure...at night it ranges about 65-70 in the daytime under the heat lamp/uvb it ranges about 90-95 but sometimes the cool side could drop to about 63-65. I am concerned if this is not warm enough. If he is not warm enough though, does he just go to the hot side? Or does my temp have to be adjusted somehow?
Thank you!

Is this an indoor enclosure? If so, your daytime cool side should be close to 70 degrees.

The temps you listed should be fine for a russian, but what does his behavior tell you? Does he move around the enclosure? Is he always on one side or the other? Appetite good?

He moves around it yes and seems to be eating...I just got him on Friday so I am still learning and very over protective and concerned.
